Dead easy to make. Cooking is easy and quick if you plan your way around it. I made alot of patties for quick snacks at night.

The recipe?

Beef burger (6 patties)
400gm ground beef (pick a fresh, good one)
2 stalks of coriander leaves
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
1 tsp oyster souce
1 egg
Some mushroom (optional)
Some green vegies (optional)
Salt to taste

Heat a grill pan. A bit of olive oil, cook halfway through on each side. Leave to cool on rack. Put in a plastic container, keep them in fridge.

Whenever you feel like having a snack, light up your stove. Over medium heat, put in about 1 tbl of cooking oil in a flat pan. Take the burgers out from the fridge, right into the pan. Cook until dark brown on each side.

Serve with watever you want. They're burgers, they mix with (almost) everything. Greens, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, olives, mustard, ketchup, onions, etc.
