Some things that I liked during the conference:
- SMS broadcast - it was not that intrusive and I kinda like the positive words meant for the committee members
- Good talks! Covering developers, community and the IT executives
- Excellent efforts from the volunteers
- Free lodging (and food) the whole conference period - hehehe
- Free goodies all around
Things I didn't like much:
- Internet connection sucked
Some stuff I noticed:
- Nobody was in charged of making sure the tracks started on time - no bell man -> sessions started late -> went to lunch late
- I remember lots of people asking "Where is Manhattan V???" for Executive Download tracks
- I couldn't join most of the talks
- More people in Developer track than the rest - usually full house and more
