I'm madly in love with Elliot

Yea well who doesn't. You don't?

Oh please. Get out of my sight. Pronto. He he.

Listen to his amazing amazing voice. His humble looks and sensitive personality just wins my heart.

He should win the Idol crown if you ask me. Honestly. Period.

Update (10.20am): I'm just compelled to add that no other Idols have ever stirred so much of interest in me. Didn't really care who won actually. But there's something about this guy that I can relate to, that I was so overwhelmingly frustrated he's not in the finals. And I think he's got that classic handsome look

. Mark my word people, I'll buy his cds whenever they come out.

Listen to this:
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Who said it? Albert Einstein. What is it based on? Logics. Was he cool? Absolutely. Why, because he used logics? Yes. People like him makes sense and is easy to understand.

We constantly struggle to see what is right under our nose. It's there and yet we can't see it. Why? The moment it hits you, you feel like you're the most dumbest uneducated person on earth. Why the hell didn't I see that before? It was sitting ducks, waving frantically to me, shouting on top of lungs, doing everything in its power to get noticed. Why didn't I hear it?

1 + 1 = 2. Why did I try so hard to work things over?

Logics. It can play tricks on you sometimes.

Thank goodness there's Einstein to shoot me back to reality. I'm taking a step back right from where it begins, and start over.

Google Calendar

I'm loving this web app! Big time. Been looking for something to store my work progress and daily report. And it fits perfectly in my grand scheme of things. Hurrah!

Love everything about it. The UI, the functionability, the fast search. Neat. I'm not going to give a review about it here though. For that you should just google.

Oh yeah, the interview update. Hopes are not high. Turned out they were interested in my Mathematics background, and the fact that I have knowledge in water network, pipeline and everything. They're customizing some leakage detector software. Explains alot why he was asking me repeatedly on my little programming assignment back in uni on differentials and integrations. It was in C++. Their work involves lots of formulea and calculations. Hey if the formula is there then it's not a problem at all. That suddenly gave me an idea about something...hmmm.....

And the 2nd interviewer was asking me if I could come out with an app just by using existing components within 2 to 3 days. Was he saying that I won't be creating components? It is hard to believe since requirement ALWAYS changes. It depends on how robust the components is. And how complicated the app is. Well I couldn't say since I haven't looked at them and the time was cut short since everybody was rushing (I was the last person and it was 7.30pm) so I didn't get to enquire further.

It's good if I can go back to my 'root' aka Maths and have it applied in IT. But then I don't know that yet.

Husna is leaving for new job in Setapak - better career prospects. Kak Shairin has left last week - I think it's for personal reason. Bang Din has changed division - can't take the workload. Hmmm... macam ramai plak orang keluar.

I can't believe they called me for second interview! Hmmm... does the rainbows have anything to do with this?

I'm going to pursue my master's. I've been putting it on hold for over 2 years now. Now that abah is home I can do what I've been wanting to do. So many of them but the priority now is get the degree and seek better career opportunity. But if I do that then I have to let go the tuition classes I conduct in the weeknights... kesian plak nak tinggal bebudak tu. I mean one of them is going to sit for UPSR comes Setember.

I need book theraphy

I sound like a nerd now do I not???

I can't logged into MPH without getting that itchy feeling all over me. Oh yea yesterday I got an RABCK from binkybuffy who's living in Australia, who I've never known my whole life, yet she is one of those kind and generous people who sent me a book on my wishlist! See people are generally nice. Just don't ever lose your faith in them.

Join bookcrossing! ... hehe... promo le plak.....

Anyways, if you're joining for free books, just forget about it and walk the other way around. The community is not for you. But if you're someone who:
- is responsible and decent and patient
- understands that sharing is the way you achieve more
- is prepared to give back as many as you receive, if not more
- loves books
then join the band. You're perfect for the community.

Back to MPH, I really want these:
1. The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari: A Fable About Fulfilling Your Dreams and Reaching Your Destiny, Robin S.Sharma
2. Never Let Me Go, Kazuo Ishiguro
3. The Frog Prince, Jane Porter
4. Three Apples Fell from Heaven, Micheline Aharonian Marcom
5. Hiroshima, John Hersey
6. A Wedding in December, Anita Shreve
7. Empress Orchid, Anchee Min
Eiiiiiii gerammnyer wehhhh............... Luckily the sales will last up until July. Please please let me have at least 2 of them comes July. Please. Oh please. And yes I'm THAT miskin, believe me.

And the mugs are oh so attractive! The designs look effortless.

Went for an interview the other day. Knew I wouldn't get it since the interviewer said things that I couldn't understand. I couldn't understand what he was asking. The questions were too ambiguous, I think. I knew I had the answers but I was struggling to pick the right ones. Anyway. He's a software engineer there from India. His smiles are so precious you can rarely sees them. But when you do they melt your heart.

At the end of the day, what an experience it was. Driving back home, surprise surprise. 2 rainbows! When was your last time seeing one?
